3. Terms of Service

3.1 Custom Orders
Catherine Tawk specializes in custom couture pieces made to the client’s specifications. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Approval Process: Clients must approve sketches, measurements, and designs before production begins.
  • Non-Refundable Payments: Initial down payment is a non-refundable deposit.
  • Final Balance: The remaining balance must be settled in full before any delivery or shipment of the final product.

3.2 Measurement and Sizing
Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Catherine Tawk guarantees that all items are made to the approved measurements. Adjustments or alterations after delivery may incur additional costs.

3.3 Shipping and Delivery

  • The client is responsible for covering shipping fees.
  • Orders will be shipped only if the full payment has been collected.
  • Clients are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Catherine Tawk will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information.

3.4 Returns and Refunds
Due to the bespoke nature of couture pieces:

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided once production has begun.
  • Refunds are not available for custom orders, as each piece is created specifically for the client.

3.5 Payment Policy

  • Payments must be completed by the agreed-upon schedule.
  • Failure to settle the balance within [30 days] may result in order cancellation without refund.

3.6 Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving any issues amicably. Clients are encouraged to contact us with concerns before taking any action. Any disputes will be governed by the local laws of Lebanon.

4. Limitation of Liability

Catherine Tawk is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
  • Issues arising from client-provided incorrect information (e.g., measurements, shipping address).

Customer Agreement

By placing an order with Catherine Tawk, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions.
