Absolutely! Our clients often select a design from our bridal collections or designer evening wear as inspiration and personalize it with fabric, color choices, embroidery details, or silhouette modifications. We specialize in custom bridal dresses, couture wedding dresses, ensuring each gown is truly unique.

Our process typically takes between 2 to 6 months, depending on the complexity of the design and whether it’s an evening dress, bridal dress, or ball gown dress. We recommend booking early, especially for wedding gowns and formal wear dresses, to ensure timely delivery.

We source only the finest fabrics, laces, and embellishments, often from Paris and Italy, ensuring that each gown reflects the elegance of couture Dresses, and high-end fashion brands. Every piece is handcrafted to maintain the heritage of luxury fashion and couture wedding dresses.

For our international clients, we guide you through a precise measurement process or work with a local tailor in your location. We also send a toile (mock-up) of the design for fitting before final production begins.

Once your measurements are sent, we create a toile mock-up of your bridal wedding dress or designer evening gown and ship it to you for approval. This process guarantees a perfect fit before final production begins.

If minor adjustments are needed, we recommend visiting a trusted local bridal boutique or tailor. However, our team is available to guide you through any necessary refinements needed

Yes, we ship worldwide using trusted  courier services. Shipping costs vary based on the destination and size of the wedding gown, or evening wear.

Since every gown is crafted to the client’s specifications, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, we ensure that each dress meets the highest luxury fashion standards before delivery.

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, as every custom bridal dress and  evening gown requires extensive labor and resources. The down payment is non-refundable. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to accommodate our clients. Typically, we require a 50% down payment to begin production, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
